SHIPPING, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY

AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY is committed to providing offers fine

jewellery including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants crafted

in 18-Karat gold, diamonds and precious stones (“Products”) for sale. While

we believe that you have chosen to purchase the right Product, we are here to

assist you in the event you wish to modify your order, subject to this Shipping,

Cancellation and Exchange Policy hereinbelow. AKSHITA RATTHA FINE

JEWELLERY (“ARFJ”, “Business”, “we”, “us” and “our”), a sole

proprietorship having its registered office at 6th Floor, Tower C, TEK Meadows,

No. 51, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR, Sholinganallur, Chennai – 600119. The

terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platform. The

term “Products” refers to any products offered by AKSHITA RATTHA FINE

JEWELLERY whether on the Platform or otherwise.

Please read this Policy before using the Platform or placing any order with

AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY. This Policy is a part of and incorporated

within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with

the terms of this Policy, you should immediately cease the use of the Platform.

I. DOMESTIC ORDERS – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Please note that shipping charges to your respective location will

be charged at actuals and the same would be computed at the

time of checkout.

2. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good

condition, and on time. We make our best efforts to ship each

available/read to ship item in your order within 14 working days

of placing the order. However, for the ones that are not readily

available in stock, we may take longer, up to 4 to 6 weeks.

3. For custom/made to order Products and bulk orders, a standard

period of 4 to 8 weeks would be taken for shipping.

4. Once the Products are shipped, you will receive an email

confirming that your order or part of your order has been shipped

along with the details of the shipping carrier and tracking

number. You may receive multiple e-mails if parts of your order

ship at different times.

5. To check the delivery status of your order, please visit the

shipping carrier's website and input your tracking number.

6. Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on

delivery. Please keep this in mind when giving your delivery

address (home or work) and for high value items we always

recommend using your billing address.II. 7. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is

damaged or tampered with in any manner. In such case of damage

or tampering of the Product, please contact customer support at

admin@akshitarattha.com within 24 hours of refusal of delivery of

the Product.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. The applicable taxes, shipping and delivery charges will be

mentioned at the time of checkout or via a preliminary quotation

shared on Whatapp in case of orders through Whatsapp channel.

2. All prices on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR). Your Credit Card

Company or bank will bill you with your local currency (if chosen)

at the current exchange rate.

3. Once the Products are shipped, you will receive an email

confirming that your order or part of your order has been shipped

along with the details of the shipping carrier and tracking

number. To check the delivery status of your order, please visit

the shipping carrier's website and input your tracking number.

4. All international orders will take a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for

delivery excluding customs clearance. Please note that, customs

clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery

estimates and AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY shall not be

responsible for such inadvertent delays. To avoid any delay in

receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest you to please

provide a phone number where you can be reached by customs when

your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the

commercial invoice and will be used by customs to clear your order.

5. Custom Clearance:

i. All custom import duties, sales taxes or other import costs,

incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the

responsibility of the customer. In the event, an order is not

accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, the cost of

the original shipping, any return shipping charges, the freight

charges and import duty will be levied on the customer.

ii. All shipments of jewellery exported from India need to be cleared

by the Indian Customs office. While booking the shipment, the

Products along with their complete documentation are filed with

Indian Customs office for inspection, examination and

assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address.

Hence, if the outer package is delivered in an open/tamperedcondition with the note “Opened for Customs”, you may treat it is

a standard inspection for customs clearance.

III. CANCELLATION

1. We are positive that you would love our Products however, in case

you had placed the order by mistake, you may proceed to cancel the

same as per this Policy.

2. If you had placed your order while logged into your account, you

can cancel your order within 24 hours after your order was placed.

3. Please go to the My Account page and select the items in the order

you would like to cancel. Once you have selected your item(s) please

click confirm.

4. For Users ordering via Whatsapp and Guest Users on the Platform,

you may write to shop@akshitarattha.com or contact via Whatsapp

on +917358758111, within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel

the same.

5. After the expiry of 24 hours since the order was placed, no

cancellation is available for the Products.

6. Personalized, custom or made to order Products undergo a

specialized manufacturing process and are created only upon

customer orders and hence no cancellation is acceptable for the

same.

7. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a

discrepancy. The common causes for cancellation from our end

include, but are not limited to:

i. Limited inventory of the product.

ii. Pricing errors or product information errors.

iii. Quality rejection during inspection.

iv. Insufficient customer information or unsuccessful verification.

v. Suspicious orders or fraudulent activities.

vi. Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.

8. We may also request additional details from the customer either

during or before accepting an order to ensure accuracy and security.

IV. EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY – FOR DOMESTIC

ORDERS ONLY

1. While we are positive that you have chosen the right Product that

you love from our catalogue, we would be happy to entertain a

request for exchange in the event an order was placed inadvertently.

Please note that, in such cases exchange requests for the Product

will be entertained only upon written request to

admin@akshitarattha.com within 24 hours from the date of receipt

of the Product.

2. Upon confirmation from our end to exchange the Products, you may

initiate the return of the shipment as per the Return Shipment

Instructions mentioned below.

3. In case of receipt of damaged Product, please contact customer

support at admin@akshitarattha.com within 24 hours of receipt of

the Product along with unboxing video of the shipment. Upon

scrutiny and confirmation from our end, you may initiate the return

of the shipment as per the Return Shipment Instructions mentioned

below.

4. Please note that, a full-value exchange of the Product shall be

processed within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned

Products in unused condition along with original tag and invoice.

However, the same cannot be made at full value if the Product is

found to be tampered, altered, misused, broken or repaired in any

way.

5. Custom and/or made to order Products once sold cannot be

exchanged.

6. Gift items once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7. AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY is not responsible for any loss

due to mishandling of Products by you resulting in breakage or

chipping.

8. Diamond studded jewellery exchange can only be done upon

producing original bill and guarantee card or authenticity

certificate. Certificate charges will be deducted in case it is lost.

V. RETURN SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. In case of any written claim for exchange or replacement to our e-

mail admin@akshitarattha.com, upon scrutiny and approval from

our end, you would receive a unique number on your e-mail.

2. Upon receipt of such e-mail, please pack the Products you want to

return in the original box with the original tag and invoice and ship

the same to the registered address along with the unique number

on the return label.3. Upon receipt of the returned Products and due inspection, the

exchange/replacement would be processed within 14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ISSUE OR CLAIM REGARDING DELIVERY WILL

BE ENTERTAINED UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE

OF DELIVERY. AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY WILL NOT ASSUME

ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY AND WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY

ISSUE OR CLAIM AFTER EXPIRY OF AFORESAID 24-HOUR PERIOD.
