RETURN & REFUND POLICY
AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY is committed to providing offers fine
jewellery including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants crafted
in 18-Karat gold, diamonds and precious stones (“Products”) for sale. We also
take utmost care to deliver the Products through the best-in-class delivery
professionals. However, due to the Products being of fragile nature, in the
event of unfortunate receipt of a damaged Product, the return and refund of
the Product shall be governed by this Return and Refund Policy hereinbelow.
. AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY (“ARFJ”, “Business”, “we”, “us”
and “our”), a sole proprietorship having its registered office at 6th Floor, Tower
C, TEK Meadows, No. 51, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR, Sholinganallur, Chennai
– 600119. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platform. The
term “Products” refers to any products offered by AKSHITA RATTHA FINE
JEWELLERY whether on the Platform or otherwise.
Please read this Policy before using the Platform or placing any order with
AKSHITA RATTHA FINE JEWELLERY. This Policy is a part of and incorporated
within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with
the terms of this Policy, you should immediately cease the use of the Platform.
I. DOMESTIC ORDERS
1. Please note that no request for refund shall be entertained for
domestic orders. However, the customer would be eligible for an
exchange/ replacement as per our Exchange Policy for the full value
of the product.
2. In case of any claims, please contact customer support at
admin@akshitarattha.com within 24 hours of receipt of the Product
along with an unboxing video of the shipment. Upon scrutiny and
confirmation from our end, you may initiate the return of the
shipment as per the Return Shipment Instructions provided in our
Orders Shipping, Cancellation and Exchange Policy.
3. Please note that, a full-value exchange of the Product shall be
processed within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned
Products in unused condition along with original tag and invoice.
However, the same cannot be made at full value if the Product is
found to be tampered, altered, misused, broken or repaired in any
way.
4. Custom and/or made to order Products once sold cannot be
exchanged.
5. Gift items once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6. Cash refund for any sales return shall strictly not be entertained.

II. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – RETURNS & REFUND
1. Please note that we do not accept any exchange or return for any
international orders, except for those cases where a defective
product has been delivered. In case of the products being delivered
in a defective condition, we would require mandatorily require a
proper and clear video of package unwrapping/opening as delivered.
Please write your claim along with the video to our e-mail
admin@akshitarattha.com within 24 hours of receipt of the Product
wherein, upon scrutiny and approval from our end, you would
receive a unique number on your e-mail.
2. Upon receipt of such e-mail, please pack the Products you want to
return, in an unused condition, in the original box with the original
tag and invoice and ship the same to the registered address along
with the unique number on the return label. Upon receipt of the
returned Products and due inspection, the refund would be
processed to your source account within 14 working days.
3. Cash refunds shall not be entertained for international orders.
4. Kindly note that, in order for us to entertain the refund claim, the
unboxing video of the Product in its delivered condition as well as
the return of the Products in an unused condition along with its
original tags and packaging is mandatory.
